Room of the Week 3.30.10

In honor of Easter, an inspiring dining room idea.

Had the chance to see this table in person this weekend, on a very brief weekend road trip to Kansas City. Stopped in the glorious, vintage Hall’s Department Store, and discovered a dozen tabletop designs as part of a DIFFA charity event.

This one is courtesy of Eddie Ross, the lifestyle guru who used to work for Martha Stewart and became well known on the Top Design TV series.

Classic blue and white plus Easter eggs and an oh-so-springtime look. My new inspiration for our dining table this next weekend.

Oooh, I love this blue and white Easter table!! Don’t get me wrong, I love color, but the Easter pastels can get a little over done! Nice and fresh!!

  • I always envision a different color palette for Easter. But I so do like all of this blue and white. Refreshing, fun yet sophisticated. cheers, -susan
