At Home Friday Favorites 5.28.10

Posted on 28 May 2010

Three cheers for a long and relaxing Memorial Day weekend! Some of our recent blog favorites, for your holiday perusal.

Account executive Katie Rawlings is drawn to the great colors and cute twin beds highlighting the new Lilly Pulitzer collection, which she saw on designer Beth Davis’ blog.

Associate editor Paulette Pearson admired the plexiglass products on the Little Green Notebook blog. “I never thought this could be so beautiful. Manages to be simultaneously edgy and elegant. Brilliant to use such a modern material in traditional shapes too.”

From Senior Account Executive Jennifer Hay comes an idea for a great way to spend a holiday weekend—mountain biking. She’s been following Progressive Trail Designs new trail (not open yet, but soon) near the under-construction Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville.

Editor in Chief Diane Carroll is dreaming of a lakefront get-away this weekend, and admired designer Mona Thompson’s waterfront view. (from Mona’s Providence Ltd. blog).

We hope you find a comfy chair and some peaceful moments this weekend.  If you’re wireless on the porch, a few other posts you might enjoy:

Happy Memorial Day weekend from At Home!
