that’s our room!

The At Home team had a fun surprise recently when we discovered that some of our local talent had been included in a new book, and a project featured in At Home had made the book as well!

It’s a gorgeous book by designer Celerie Kemble, and Arkansas’ own Bear-Hill Interiors is included, as well as work by our contributing photographer, Nancy Nolan.

So for today’s Room of the Week, here’s one of the rooms featured. It’s a favorite of ours as well, a breakfast room in a Little Rock home we featured here, designed by Kevin Walsh of Bear-Hill Interiors.

Because it’s a room that gets daily use, he updated antique chairs with leather seats and white lacquer for easy upkeep. And since it’s a morning space, he added an eye-opening, cheerful wallpaper from Schumacher. Lovely spot for reading the paper and enjoying coffee and a croissant, isn’t it?
